State Museum Family Days Program Examines Wyoming Habitats

Families will learn about Wyoming habitats during the March Family Days program at the Wyoming State Museum Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The program is offered in conjunction with the Museum’s recently opened Hands On Habitats Lab.

The Museum’s new Hands On Habitats Lab, sponsored by the Matthew and Virgie O. Dragicevich Wyoming Foundation along with addition support from the Wyoming Wildlife Foundation and Wyoming State Parks.

The exhibit provides visitors with an opportunity to explore wildlife habitats of Wyoming, experience Wyoming’s night sky, sculpt Wyoming landscapes in the augmented reality sandbox, and see the natural world up close with a digital microscope.
